PHYSICAL ART

  • All limited-edition artworks are printed on archival, fine art pearl (Hahnemühle) or metallic luster premium paper. These materials ensure museum-quality prints designed to last for generations. Please note that printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitor settings.

    • Premium Framing Included: All limited-edition artworks come with optional, premium framing provided by our trusted partner in New York. This ensures museum-quality preservation and presentation.

    • Custom Framing Options: At checkout, you can select custom framing options to suit your preferences. If you require additional framing choices, please contact us directly to discuss alternatives.

    • Large-Scale Limited Editions: For safety during shipping, large-scale limited-edition artworks may be shipped unframed to prevent glass breakage. If unframed, detailed framing recommendations will be provided to ensure the artwork is displayed as intended.

  • In rare instances where a full edition is purchased by an institution, museum, or private collector, the remaining open edition artworks may be retired and no longer available for sale, even if the edition has not sold out. This ensures the exclusivity and integrity of the collector's acquisition.

ORDERING

  • Yes, MADX offers commissioned artworks, both digital and physical, as well as custom framing options. To commission an original piece or customize an existing order, contact us directly or select customization options during checkout.

  • We do not offer any promotions or discounts on our limited-editions, however, exclusive pricing may be available during in-person events or exhibitions. Gallery pricing is determined by the gallery and typically includes a 40–50% markup from the pricing you’ll see here direct from MADX.

SHIPPING

  • To ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition, we partner with professional shipping companies. At this time, we do not offer complimentary shipping due to variations in fees and customs duties. Local pickup is available from Madison Square Park in the Flatiron District of New York City. We’ll reach out to arrange the pickup date and time via email. Custom fees will be communicated promptly upon receipt from the customs department.

  • Yes, we ship worldwide, except to Russia due to current restrictions. Shipping costs, customs duties, and delivery times vary by region. For customers in the Middle East, transit times may occasionally be extended due to port congestion. If you have concerns about shipping to your location, please contact us directly for guidance.

  • An estimated delivery date will be provided at checkout. Shipping times depend on your location, carrier availability, and external factors such as weather. While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur. Please reach out with any concerns about your order's status.

General Terms

By purchasing artwork from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to protect both the artist and the customer and ensure clarity and fairness in all transactions.

All Sales Are Final

  • All sales of digital downloads and physical artworks are final.

  • Due to the nature of digital artwork, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once the digital file has been delivered or downloaded.

  • For physical artworks, refunds or exchanges are not permitted unless the item arrives damaged or defective (see Damaged or Defective Items below). In certain situations, exchanges might be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our shipments. If your physical artwork arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

  2. Upon verification, we will either replace the item (if possible) or issue a refund.

Digital artwork is not eligible for replacement or refund due to its non-tangible nature.

Chargebacks and Disputes

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, including the non-refundable nature of the transaction.

  • For digital products, the purchase will be identified on your credit card statement as “Non-Refundable/Digital Art.”

  • Any chargeback initiated on a valid transaction will be contested to the fullest extent using this agreement as evidence.

Payment Methods

For your convenience and security, we accept various payment methods, including credit cards and Zelle. Please note:

  • Zelle payments are final and non-refundable.

  • For credit card and other type of purchases, ensure that the transaction is authorized before completing checkout.

Policy Agreement

At checkout, you will be required to agree to these terms and confirm your understanding that all sales are final. A copy of this policy, dated with your purchase, will be retained for reference in the event of a dispute.

  • By purchasing from this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent for the transaction.

DIGITAL ART

  • Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) are digital certificates of authenticity and provenance stored securely on a blockchain. They ensure the artwork's originality and ownership, much like a certificate of authenticity in the traditional art world.

    Having collaborated with luxury brands and Fortune 500 companies to launch NFT projects, MADX is excited to bring this technology into her personal art collection, offering secure, verifiable, and innovative works for collectors worldwide.

  • MADX’s NFTs are released in limited drops on platforms such as Remx, Gamma, and Foundation. Details about specific pieces are available on their respective product pages.

  • If you missed the claim period for an NFT drop, you may still have the opportunity to bid on the secondary market. Please refer to the product page for guidance or contact us directly for assistance. New drops are released bi-annually, so follow us on Instagram at @madxnyc to stay updated!
