PHYSICAL ART

All limited-edition artworks are printed on archival, fine art pearl (Hahnemühle) or metallic luster premium paper. These materials ensure museum-quality prints designed to last for generations. Please note that printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitor settings.

Premium Framing Included: All limited-edition artworks come with optional, premium framing provided by our trusted partner in New York. This ensures museum-quality preservation and presentation.
Custom Framing Options: At checkout, you can select custom framing options to suit your preferences. If you require additional framing choices, please contact us directly to discuss alternatives.
Large-Scale Limited Editions: For safety during shipping, large-scale limited-edition artworks may be shipped unframed to prevent glass breakage. If unframed, detailed framing recommendations will be provided to ensure the artwork is displayed as intended.

In rare instances where a full edition is purchased by an institution, museum, or private collector, the remaining open edition artworks may be retired and no longer available for sale, even if the edition has not sold out. This ensures the exclusivity and integrity of the collector's acquisition.

Yes, MADX offers commissioned artworks, both digital and physical, as well as custom framing options. To commission an original piece or customize an existing order, contact us directly or select customization options during checkout.

We do not offer any promotions or discounts on our limited-editions, however, exclusive pricing may be available during in-person events or exhibitions. Gallery pricing is determined by the gallery and typically includes a 40–50% markup from the pricing you’ll see here direct from MADX.
SHIPPING

To ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition, we partner with professional shipping companies. At this time, we do not offer complimentary shipping due to variations in fees and customs duties. Local pickup is available from Madison Square Park in the Flatiron District of New York City or from the National Hotel in Miami, Florida. We’ll reach out to arrange the pickup date and time via email. Custom fees will be communicated promptly upon receipt from the customs department.

Yes, we ship worldwide, except to Russia due to current restrictions. Shipping costs, customs duties, and delivery times vary by region. For customers in the Middle East, transit times may occasionally be extended due to port congestion. If you have concerns about shipping to your location, please contact us directly for guidance.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Binding Agreement & Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase on this website, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your completed transaction acts as your digital signature and legal agreement to these rules. If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete your purchase.
2. All Sales Are Final
All sales of digital downloads and physical artworks are final.
Digital Products: Due to the instant, non-tangible nature of digital artwork, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once the digital file has been delivered or downloaded.
Physical Artworks: Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances unless the item arrives severely damaged or defective (see Section 3).
3. Damaged or Defective Items & Shipping Liability
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our shipments. If your physical artwork arrives damaged or defective:
Notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Upon verification, we will either replace the item (if possible) or issue a refund.
Digital artwork is not eligible for replacement or refund due to its non-tangible nature.
4. Order Fulfillment & Clearance Policy
Clearance Period: No physical artwork, commission, or digital asset will be shipped, delivered, or released until funds have completely cleared and permanently settled in our business account.
Credit Card Identification: For digital products, the purchase will be identified on your credit card statement as “Non-Refundable/Digital Art.”
Delivery Verification: High-value physical artworks will require a direct signature upon delivery. Refusal to sign or failure to collect the package from the carrier does not entitle the buyer to a refund.
5. Payment Methods & Restrictions
For your convenience and security, we accept select, secure payment methods:
Bank Wires & ACH Transfers: To pay via direct bank wire or ACH transfer, please contact us directly to receive our secure business banking details.
Credit Card Transactions: All credit card purchases are subject to immediate fraud screening. Transactions must be fully authorized by our payment processor before order fulfillment begins.
Cryptocurrency Payments: We accept USD, USDC, ETH, BTC, and SOL. Cryptocurrency transactions must be manually coordinated and authorized by an official MADX representative prior to completing checkout.
Zelle Payments: Zelle payments are strictly no longer accepted. Any previous historical transactions made via Zelle are final, closed, and non-refundable.
6. Chargeback & Zero-Tolerance Dispute Policy
To protect our independent art studio against malicious, friendly fraud, or fraudulent payment disputes, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance chargeback policy.
Contesting Claims: Any chargeback or dispute initiated on a valid transaction will be aggressively contested to the fullest extent of the law.
Evidence Submission: In the event of a dispute, this agreement—which you legally signed by completing your purchase—along with our communication logs, digital certificates, IP address logs, and carrier shipping/tracking information, will be submitted immediately to the merchant processor and card issuer as binding evidence of a completed, authorized transaction.
7. Intellectual Property & Copyright Retention
The purchase of a physical artwork or digital download grants the buyer a license to display or use the art for personal use only.
No Commercial Rights: The artist (MADX) retains all copyrights, reproduction rights, and commercial rights to the artwork.
Restrictions: You may not copy, scan, modify, print merchandise from, or redistribute the artwork for commercial profit without express, written contractual consent from the artist.
8. Additional & Age Terms
Revisions: We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Age Requirements: By purchasing from this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained explicit parental/guardian consent for the transaction.
9. Digital Artwork Authenticity & Secondary Markets (Anti-Counterfeit Policy)
To protect our collectors from digital art fraud, phishing, and fake listings on secondary marketplaces, we maintain strict provenance standards. Independent bad actors have historically duplicated and falsified our digital assets.
Official Marketplace Source: Digital artwork, NFTs, and animated collectibles created by MADX are hosted exclusively on the Base network via OpenSea. Collectors must verify they are purchasing from the verified Official MADX OpenSea Collection.
Medusa Provenance Verification: Scammers have targeted and replicated our Medusa collections. The only authentic digital iteration of this series is tied to the Official M A D X collection page on OpenSea.io.
Smart Contract Inspection: Any contract address, token ID, or collection listing on OpenSea or other platforms that does not exactly match our official contract deployment is a counterfeit fake. MADX assumes zero legal or financial liability for funds lost to third-party duplicate scams or phishing links. Buyers purchase unverified secondary market tokens at their own risk.

While our earliest digital works originally debuted across external networks and platforms that have since closed down, the permanent home for MADX digital artwork is now consolidated on OpenSea via the secure Base blockchain network.
